Patrol Services
Anlance Patrol Service combines vehicle and foot patrols, to check all doors windows other access points, as well as the immediate area around building and the complete check of the rounds and parking lots at the facility.
The patrol service arrives in highly marked cars and in proper uniform in order to have a clear deterrent presence.
The Anlance security personnel, check every assigned door or access point, every time we are on site. Additionally, all after our checks will include contact of individuals and/or vehicles on the site to confirm they are authorized to be there
There is no way to ensure the facilities secure without this type rigorous performance. All security activity will be reported in our 24/7 online reporting system.
Site Protection
Anlance site protection teams secure access points, and do interior and exterior patrols to check any and all hallways, doors & other access points, stairways, elevators, rooms, storage, parking lots & garages as well as any other location or item that our customers may have on their site.
Security personnel are there to assist staff and customers in their information and security needs as well as to address specific issues and customer contacts that fulfill our customer’s security goals and expectations.
The site team can be armed or unarmed, in full duty uniform, polo shirt uniform or in from suit and ties to casual plainclothes attire. It is not merely a matter of works best for our clients’ needs and desires.
All security activity will be reported in our 24/7 online reporting system.
Alarm Response
Patrol and Site Operations respond to Alarm issues for their respective customer businesses or facilities. In either case, the protocol is the same.
Alarms are handling the following manner. The alarm call is received by Anlance, security personnel are assigned to the call and entering pertinent information in the reporting system. They check the business facility and check the area to determine if there is a false alarm, break-in or other problem.
Security then takes action appropriate to what they discover. Action may be as simple as calling the alarm company and customer to inform them that there was no open doors or indications of any kind of problem. Or you may find an open-door damage to the door or breaking, in which case, the contact law enforcement and EMS as well as the customer, and secure the area until law enforcement or and or EMS arrived.
And then remain on-site to assist customer in re-securing building or facility.
Security Escorts
Currently, this is a specific service for customers and their staff. When customer’s staff members are working after hours, or have a late-night event at the office, will Anlance, and one of our patrols will combine, check the area, and escorted to their vehicles.
The patrol will wait until everyone’s in their vehicles that make a quick check of the exterior of the building or facility, before they depart.
